either try a good good blade talon (for speed) or go wrist spike for damage

imbue a wriste spike shop for a blade talon

I'd imagine you'd want some eth runes in your weapon to help in getting those charge hits. At level 29, you can run into some very very high def characters and your build will probably get crushed by them due to your inability to hit.

tiger and mastery will give a decent amount of ar if you have some ok charms

the fastest you can attack with a swinging charge up claw skill is 7 frames I think. That means that every other melee class will be attacking faster cept maybe some concers. My experiance in .9 when I tried to make martial sins to balance out the rules(which eventualy lead the the lvl restriction for asns being raised) I found the main weakness was the differance in a few frames of attack speed causeing claw sheild asns to suck..........the same thing applies to high lvls.
