as with any caster that doesnt use teleport, fcr isnt that important*. id use another soj instead of your fcr ring, UNLESS your fcr ring has like12 stats on it with res all, etc, making it worthwhile. soe is a better belt. and cow kings boots are overall better for casters, since it gives 20 stats instead of 15, at the cost of 10%FRW, but all those stats are in dexterity, making the amount you have to put in for max block, significantly smaller. obviously youll eventually want a +2pb/stat/res/mana/life/fcr rare ammy, so aim for that, but telling is a good start. i suggest socketing your pcrown with a pruby, your shield (if it isnt a rhyme) with a pdiamond, your vipermagi (im assuming you ment to list one, since you dont have 80%FCR with the gear listed there, only 50%) with a pruby and your wand with a 9dex/res jewel. if you can find yourself a nice +2-3 spear or +2-3 spirit head, you should make rhyme out of it to use, the CNBF and resist all are priceless, not to mention the inherent +skills.
*FCR only matters if you plan to be a tank, who stands there and doesnt run. otherwise you most likely wont be doing more than 4 spirits before you run. also, the faster you cast, the faster you run out of mana, so keep that in mind.

I've always had 80% FCR on my necro, and that probably won't change.
Since I use bone spear as my primary killer lots of the time, that FCR break really helps get a bunch of them off fast...that break can mean the difference in winning or losing a duel because if you cast too slowly, that means less chances to hit your opponent with spear. I suppose less than 75 FCR is ok, but I wouldn't recommend it personally.
Depending on your frw amount, you may want to use deaths sash for some duels if you have less then 70 frw or so. Otherwise, you probably won't need it. Nightsmoke is decent if you don't have anything better. SoE is good for meleers and chargers and bowazons and such, however a good overall alternative is a rare belt with fhr/life/str/resists/mana/etc...
I personally like sanders boots over CK boots because necros only get 2 life per pt of vit, so 5 stats isn't much of a difference really, and you gain 10 frw. But again, it's personal preference...they both work fine.
Rhyme necro head with +skills is a good shield, whitstans is good if you want to minmize the amount of dex you want to spend. I would recommend a rhyme +skills necro head though.
For a psnmancer, fcr is not too important, so you can definitely sacrifice the 75 fcr break in favor of a SOJ.

the upside of 80% fcr is you can cast alot fast, the down side is, the more you sit there and cast, the more you are a stationary target.

But the faster you cast, the faster you can recover from your casting and get your ass out of the line of fire.
Sanders over Cow Kings, I find it easy to get max block, Knarl was correct about the 2 life thing it's a total rip-off, and faster running= quicker dodging. I still prefer SoJ over 10fcr ring 100%, the skills added from the ring are invaluable to a caster. Same for enourmous mana boost.

after thinking about it...im going to remake my sorc to use sanders..cow kings = 20 stats, sanders = 15, so cows allow for another 10 life, at the cost of 10frw, BUT thats 2 sc spaces taken by extra FRW charms that could be filled with two 15s.

well with a poison necro all you do when you hit with nova is reset the poison timer so fcr isnt as important

Exactly why I prefer sanders.
And yes, you hardly need any FCR for a pure psnmancer. I don't know how viable they are now especially if your opponent uses deaths gloves...

I know I used to use CK boots on my .09 lvl 21 jabazon for the fire dmg/stun.
But overall, sanders are far superior for almost all classes. 100 ar and 10 frw beats 5 dex almost everyday.
An exception could be a smiter though, as they don't need AR, so it's basically a toss-up between 5 stats and 10 frw.
