First off if you make your sin right it may either be very effective or be rather terrible.
This guide focuses on
Skill placement
and gear selection
Skills
We have 29 skill points to use if you hell rush
1 fire blast
1 blade sentinel
1 wake of fire
1 blade fury
1 shadow warrior
1 weapon block
1 physic hammer
1 cloak of shadows
18 claw mastery ( since will be using a claw weapon)
3 bos ( need the speed)
thats how your skill placement should look.
Next the gear
Helmet: 3 soc mask maxered very nice choice other good option would be a deadly circlet of speed 20-30 ed and 20 frw.
body: 3 soc breast plate best choice unless you have some nice max and -req jewels. socket with either ed or max dmg jewels.
weapon: my favourite choice here is an eth malice in scissors katar or a 3 soc eth b talon could work as well socket with maxers.
gloves: best option is crafted knockback gloves.
rings and ammy: angelics <<nice ar,replenish,dtm,dex,life
boots: cow king boots
shield: vbsod or garnett bone shield of deflecting (30/20 with 20-30 fire res great vs fissure)
belt: fhr, life ,life rep best option cant really think of anything better.
switch: x2 +1 shadow d claws
charms: either 40x 15 lifers or X10 max/ ar/ life gc's and X10 lifers or throw in some 7 frw charms.
Layout
Shadow warrior is great since it acts as a meat shield and can lay down WoF for a little more damage/ distraction. While this is happening you pretty much just keep shooting blades until they hopefully get caught in a knockback stream.

belt: Death's (unless your CBF comes from somewhere else, you you just dont use CBF.)
My suggestion however, is adding a max'ed eth war hammer (nearly double base damage then claws) for dealing with low deffense characters (since the AR wont be as important, killing them faster is.)
An eth war hammer would do: 28.5-43.5 base damage, have 4 sockets with +60 in max damage (using just +15 jewels) You might also be able to find a rare hammer with amp, and 2 sockets and decent ed.

I think mana GCs are pretty effective for this build as using WoF to put opponents into hit recovery can give you more time to get hits in.Dueling an 18 zealer I found it effective until I ran out of mana which made me realise how dependant on mana it is.
