Insane

HI, I'm currently on ehcl and looking for a +ww barb helm. Does anyone have some knowledge on where to mf for something like this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

any ilvl 26+ barb helm can spawn level 30 skills
however, it is just as rare as a +holy shied scepter, since the game needs to fail 6 attempts to put on the +ww mod, as +whirlwind is restricted to only spawn on weapons (and no weapons spawn it)
