260% eth partizen is insane, (294 avg), great ar%, med, crit
but
after seeing that since its 1/2 dmg imo (147)
i think an honor eth naga, 1h,(127avg) 25%deadly, then add 3os deflecting shield(45-72max) and peace armor(38crit+25%ds = 53.5% chance to crit total) will be just as good and shielded. (good charms will matter big)
best dmg/survival build all around though is probably some 100% rare/os eth hand scythe build, ~(70avg) lets you gain claw mast+peace for 59%crit total and jeweld shield.
your collection of dmg charms will make a huge difference in how much crit helps over higher dmg weapon/shield

Using a 2H weapon will halve damage from helm, armour, charms etc as well as just your weapon damage... go 1h.

actually that meditation aura is what i really wanted, but yeah, that 1/2 damage penalty is too much.

I used to have a level 18 blade fury sin on easl NL
i use a lightplate for the run speed, if you plan on using this character for GM duels id use crafted knock back gloves, if your going to PK use clewgaws gloves (kb and 25% slow)
also bladefury does use AR, it has the same AR as your normal attack.
it does get a bonus from 15max jewels in your armor/helm/shield
and does not use weapon durbility
Ideal set-up:
Eth Rare Bladetaon High%ed 2os 5%ctc amp.
45 max LP or 80%ed -60%ed Ancinet
30 Max VBOSD
Angelic's
Deaths belt or rare Open wounds belt
Craft gloves with KB (clewgaws gloves are BM)
for you helm you could use a 45max Mask but i use a 1-111 light dmg 30max 20%run circlet
For Charms
6max 30AR+ 18-20 Life GC's or 15life 1-11 Light dmg sc's
On-Switch
2x +1Shadow Claws for Prebuff of BOS
You can outrun anything with this build, but it is hard to aim, but if you can perfect your aim and manual targetting this build can be deadly especialy if your lucky enough to get a real sick claw

Mechanics man here!
all three blade skills (sentinel/fury/shield) will receive a 50% penalty to 2 handed weapons. So do not use them. This is only towards the weapon damage half of the effect.
All blade skills have two parts of their damage; weapon damage AND skill damage. The weapon damage is taken as a proportion of your 'normal attack' damage. The skill damage is what is displayed on your +skill.
Unlike whatever the lying amazon basin guys say, the +damage listed on the skill benefits from offweapon and skill +%ed, and therefore it makes up a HUGE chunk of your damage in some builds (like level 30 bladesins). So a blade fury with +50 damage listed, with +300% offweapon ed, and a 200 damage normal attack, would only get 150 damage from normal attack and 200 damage from the skill.
The +skill damage benefits from your CLAW MASTERY, if you have a claw equipped. It benefits from your +stats damage modifier, based on what weapon you have equipped; with a claw, it gets the sexy 75/75 str/dex mods.
So you pretty much have to use a CLAW to get good damage with blade fury/sentinel/whatever. And unlike what the ignorant newbies think, you should max the skills to benefit the damage (not really on a level 18 bladesin since you can't, but +skills stuff is nice, and you should consider maxing blade sentinel).
Blade sentinel will not work with open wounds, %ctc on attack, or %ctc on striking. It will work with deadly/critical strike (from claw mastery esp) & venom. It does not use durability
Blade fury will not work with %ctc on attack, but works with %ctc on striking, open wounds, deadly/critical/venom, but will have the 1/2 ranged penalty to open wounds & such. It does not use durability
Blade SHIELD will not work with %ctc on *striking*, but for some reason works with %ctc on attack, open wounds, deadly/critical/venom, and DOES use durability (and a considerable amount of it). Furthermore, blade shield applies a hitcheck at its very first moment of casting. So you can repeatedly spam blade shield on top of someone to damage them & proc your %ctc on attack items, much faster than letting it run itself would do.
So max claw mastery & blade skills and use a damned claw.

Oh and because of this, +20% ed jewels work on some bladesins, because the offweapon +% ed benefits both your attack damage AND skill damage, whereas +max jewels only benefit your attack damage. You need to do the math to figure out what works best. For blade fury, you tend to get better results based on weapon damage, but with blade sentinel, its the skill damage which shines (because you can skill up sentinel in lld, but not fury, as much)
Also, one of the results of our digging into this was the discovery that blade sentinel sins are ridiculously good for ironmans. Its easy to get a 30-50 damage blade sentinel which you can spam while doing 1 point ts/dt, etc, and it absolutely destroys the monsters once you hit level 6 to boot. We had to restrict them a little bit in our ironmans after it got ridiculous

Is this true? I did brief experiment on single player and didn't see the displayed damage go up much (using sentinel).

The character screen does not display your damage correctly. It uses the wrong equation- adding the +damage after %ed instead of before it. This is not how the game calculates it for actual damage purposes.
Blade fury and sentinel does not use up durability. Blade Shield does
