iunno, but my hammer/charge beats most cept chargers, although i could still beat some

You just guessed what I did with this character when I was bored. I have "some" throwing weapons in my stash, so I sometimes throw them with the Holy Fire aura on (Holy Fire seems to have better damage). I only do about 200 damage with them Sad.

i made my original lvl 18 hammerdin with a smiter switch. it is more then effective as a switch as its cheap and needs next to nothing with mana (i can actually smite and never run out i actually regen mana while i do it). i usually would smite after i run out of mana hitting once or twice then backing off letting off a hammer or two then back to smiting. works well.

I was thinking using Charge instead of Smite, but I was thinking of the positive and negative sides of using Charge. For me, there were too many negative sides to using Charge.

Positives or "Pros":

-Gears give enough mana to use Charge multiple times.
-Charge is good for "runners".
-Great against duelers with a two-handed weapon or no maxed block.
-Etc.

Negatives or "Cons":

-Needs distant to use Charge.
-Against duelers with maxed block, you wont have many chances to hit.
-Needs "decent" attack ratings to hit.
-Might be killed when running away from opponent to Charge.
-Etc.
After rereading this thread, I take that back since they are viable against most duelers Embarassed.

all the lvl18 hdin owners... how much mana you have? i think under 250-300 mana this build is useless, at least the hammer/charge hybrid...

I think this build only had 200 mana or so...it didn't charge around so mana wasn't a huge problem.

Open wounds at lvl 18 really arent that effective. Its about 5 damage per second...Swordbacks 50% is plenty to trigger it.

ok so i made a lvl18 hybrid hdin with smite on switch and against melee chars it works wonders...

i use an eth glitched armor with stealth runeword so i can have a 75fcr hdin while having 1400+ def on switch
