Alrighty, I Mf'ed a +3 Pcomb, 99 life cornet, socketed for 2, and im wondering, how do mld smiters do?
And if they are fun/good, what would be the best way to do so on NL (East SC)

Well....I've seen some rip games up, and contend with many HLD builds. They are way overpowered for MLD, and for that reasono you will deal with HLD more often. I'm currently building one myself. That is a great circ to start your smiter.

They're extremely over-powered, but they're not considered melee in MLD, so you'll have a hard time finding melee duelers who will duel you.

They're not fun, smiters are never fun.

lol, grim, get beatdown much by smiters Razz

Whats the best weap for a mld smiter then, I was looking at making a Rift in a +3 Fana war scepter (it has 20% chance lvl 16 nado and striking, and 16% chance level 21 orb on attack.), or should I go for hoto (+3 skills, etc..) or something else?

They're just annoyingly cheap. Gj, a smiter will beat any melee char hands down in MLD/HLD. People who say otherwise are just dueling their good characters against bad smiters. So it seems like 3 out of 4 duelers have smiters.

Oath is the best weapon really, the speed and you can still charge.

Otherwise a good scepter with +combat skills.

Not entirely true, My old hld fury consistantly beat smiters about 8-9 times out of 10 (providing charge wasn't used). Good ones too, not all bad pub smiters. 4fpa, range5 fury with enough dr% and its not THAT difficult. But yeah, for the most part, they kill melees with ease. and shouldn't duel melee characters.

But yeah, Oath is nice if you charge alot. otherwise Black is nice for the CB% for that extra damage.

my smiter was fun Smile i used a 3 pcomb, 30 ias, 2 fanat, 2 soc (um um) war scepter with a spirit sacred targe. oath sc and hoz on switch for charging
