im sure ive seen a post somewhere, but ive searched and cant find it

this is the gear im thinking of using

3holybolt/3prayer scepter (what to put into it?)
sigon helm/flawed skull
sigon sheild/(hel'd)
3soclight plate with 3 x f skulls
lenymo-----mana, mana regen
hands of broc----20mana
boots----anything with 20frw
stat/mana rings
civerbs ammy (40% mana regen)
on switch resistfire/resistcold scepter with sig sheild(hel'd)

charms---any low mana charms i can find

im going to be norm rushed (might hell rush later, i wouldnt be able to put more into bolt or prayer anyway)
3 into holy bolt
8 into prayer

i think thats probably the best way to make him but it looks like theres room for alot of improvement....any ideas?

why sigons helm? The set bonus doesn't help you, the only upside is the small amount of mana. I think a 3 socket crown or mask would be better. With either mana or regen.

Other than that, Looks fine. Is the regen on the ammy gonna be better than potential stats in str/dex/nrg that you could get on a rare?

You get a very small amount of mana regen on flawed skulls, I'a stick to saphires.

i just found out that civerbs is lvl 9! grr Mad

so i will have to go stat/mana ammy
so maybe it would be best to get more regen, instead of saphires Confused

ill have to test it all out.

-use a gothic plate, 4 sockets and only 70str req. you will need 66str for -15req sigs shield
- get a -15req/ mana or energy jewel for the sigs shield
- you can get 7mana at lvl 8 on a lc, you could consider 13mana gc + 1str sc = 15 mana which is actaully better than 2 lcs
- helm: "Lizards (5mana) helm of the Mind (6energy)" = 17mana + 2 sockets for flawd skulls
- "Zircon jewel of Knowledge" 10mana + 6 energy jewels for the wep.
