a lvl 14 might be able to take out a 9.. but i doubt it. its a novelty build to annoy people, it cant kill unless a person lets u kill them. anyone who dies to it was being really dumb, or silly. _________________ Magic missile doesn't kill people, wizards who cast magic missile kill people. |

crafting for a lvl 14...do i just use a lvl 14 then craft with it or do i need a certain lvl? |

id use as low an ilvl as possible,, u pretty much cant get better then 1strength,, u want that mod to be a lvl 1 mod and that will be lvl 14 belt so your wishing for 10%fcr only,, the other mod is essentially worthless _________________ Magic missile doesn't kill people, wizards who cast magic missile kill people. |

last crafting question? Caster Weapon Magic Normal/Exceptional/Elite Rod** Tir Rune Perfect Amethyst Any Jewel Increase Maximum Mana (1-5)% Regenerate Mana (4-10)% + (10-20) To Mana so could i make these in like b talons and have x2 on switch? |
