imnot sure on a few things. first being if this build has been done before. two being if it is enough dmg to hurt and enough regen to matter.

so the answers to those questions would help and i found a weapon that struck this idea...

i know its not "godly" but it just gave me the idea. should i use this? something similar? or am i just completely wrong?
if i get at least a few people saying that they think this build is possible i will type out my idea of how it should be built.
i just dont want to waste my time with this.

It's sort of pointless ... a 30ish regen charger works because of Insight ... at this level there are too little points to have adequate damage and regen, and then there's the issue of mana ... I wouldn't bother.

I have a guide in the Guides section for a level 18 Cleansing Throwsmiter. Now that I've had a chance to upgrade my gear, I have a mana pool of about 150, and I use Azurewrath on my switch (either taking off javas or crushflange). It works extremely well. If you made a Regen Charger at level 18, your skill distribution would look identical to mine.

If you can get a decent mana pool (life/mana GC's are great here), you can do extremely well with a level 18 Regen Charger. Unfortunately I wouldn't use your scepter - you're going to need max damage moreso than anything else.

If I was going to make a pure Regen Charger (as opposed to a throw hybrid, which is mine), I would use a 4 os gothic plate and a Cleg's sword.

Advantages:
1) You will hit pretty hard compared to many ranged level 18 builds
2) Your life regen will make you very difficult to kill

Disadvantages:
1) Your mana pool will be your biggest concern (unless you mana pot, but that's just lame)
2) Pure chargers will beat you pretty easily
3) Takes numerous max damage jewels and life/mana charms to complete

Anyway, the build has been done before -- it works quite well, but it's a tough one to make. If you have any ideas, we can probably help you out even further.
