Subject description: need to get a nice suit within 3 weeks

I can't afford to spend too much on a nice fashionable suit because of my budget atm but I do need to buy 1 soon, within 3 weeks. Any ideas of places where I can find a tailor and get a suit. Thanks in advance!

Dunno where you're located, but I get most of my clothes from:

Harry Rosen
Hugo Boss
Banana Republic

For cheaper stuff, you could try Moores or Tip Top Tailors...these may mean nothing to you though.

a suit? i just had to do this for severeal events including just a spy costume for TF2.. you can sorta put something together with the Merona brand at Target. it will still be just about $200-250 though for a full setup with tax (socks, pants, shirt, tie, belt and coat, shoes?)

target.com

compared to a 600+ at a "real" place though. the fitting though is really the issue, i have no idea what a tailor in your area charges, but u would need one. yellow pages.

other then that, usual i would say something like Macys, jos a bank, or that mens wharehouse place, but im sure that will run closer to 400 for just pants, shirt, coat. suits are expensive!

I buy suits at the good will all the time, for like a dollar and wear them like normal clothes, yeah I'm a badass.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately some stores mentioned are not in my area, but good for reference. I'll check out Men's Wearhouse although expensive I'll check it out. I was also considering renting instead of buying. My budget is $500 for now but I'll have to see. More on the situation coming soon. Laters!
