REPAIR mod!!!!! 
but guess what, it has to be lvl 38.................

6-9 dex on body armor gives a level 34 requirement, according to arreat summit.
and 40% fire resist is only level 18 requirement. and strange that only fire can have a 40% resistance on armor, the others can only go up to 30%.
and 81-100%ED is level 27 requirement.
so i dont see a reason why it was level 38. must of been picked randomly.
but how much resists exactly fantasy?

"of acuracy" is lvl 38 req (alvl 46)
