Well 2 days ago i started on ladder and im makin a high lvl orber for mfing but my problem is how do i get gear when i have nothing to trade because im in desperate need of tals because the quicker i can get my mfing done the sooner i can build some new ladder duelers any suggestions on what to do??

Make a light sorc. You can make some decent runewords early on just by running norm and nm countess, then when you get to hell you can start gathering the higher runes to trade for tal's set, just get enough fcr so that you can teleport relatively quickly.

you dont need any mf% to get LLD gear unless your talking about trading. even then the best way is the quest drop features

nm is as far as u need to go imo. nm andy bug, and baal glitched,

countess runs for runes
* Normal: El - Ral
* Nightmare: El - Io/Ko ; above Io is much rarer
* Hell: El - Ist/Lo ; above Ist is much rarer

your first ladder char is made by hand, skill, stats are pumped "badly"
be practical, not ideal, this char will be remade.

no need for tals imo just get level to 50, get some baal runs and some normal uniques/rares, get to nm and bug andy and do countess.. save up the runes, make a spirit and start running nm for LLD stuff

thought speed was your concern,... if your just starting and you want to get some currency and start amassing some charms/jewels/items asap, yes. nm andy drops the charms/jewels fast with all the vessels drop %'s in cata2

as soon as you can handle hell thats your choice. for runes, hell countess is way better,, and , again u need no mf for currency from her

i just farm LLD stuff. i stopped using hell to try and fund as soon as the andy bug and glitched baal tricks worked. gathering lld stuff... not lvl 50+ uniques.

i prefer the cold orb bc its massive aoe and i dont have to aim = lazy, and i can fire it at a cornor or door.... then i suppliment with static at close range to knock down a boss asap.
also the effectivness of cold can scale exponentially stronger due to Mastery,, but only if the mobs have strong resistances. (which in NM they can)

others who focus on andy go fire bc she has lower resistance for that.

this is really personal preference mung, no data crunching could come close to evaluating the variables for a best solution. it just what we do, or recomend

now that i know how to get my mfing done i need to figure out what lvl 30 lld i shoud decide to make Razz
