Well I know you can get a 10/24%/13%edef belt lol. Thats why I wasnt sure why you kept saying 17%fhr's?

That's level 29 because it spawned with Stability (24 FHR) and the Lizard's/Snake's (+Mana) affixes.

I wasn't sure if the rlvl = .75 * ilvl estimate rounds up or down, but Dain knows his stuff. So you can get a 24 FHR / 5 Rep belt with a level req of 13 + 10 + (3 * 2) = 29.



Crafts still use alvl*0/75, even though rlvl for magic/rares no longer does. The alvl*0.75 term is rounded down.

The formula for rlvl of crafts is:

alvl*0.75 + 10 + 3*(# of affixes)

The alvl of 24% fhr is 18, the alvl of +5 rep life is 10. Of the two, amazingly, 18 is larger than 10. Thus this number is used. Subbing in an alvl of 18 and 2 affixes, we get:

18*0.75 + 10 + 3*2
= 13 + 10 + 6
= 29


I can't spell it out any more simply than that, for those who refuse to believe.

Thanks for all the replies guys Wink I ended up going with a 15% SOE, all my crafts turned out HORRIBLE and trading for a decent one proved to be quite difficult, maybe someday in the future
