I'm actually making a very similar LLD Smiter, level 30. My gear choices are a bit different than yours, but I found my two big issues were my inability stack resistance, and my crappy fhr. I shot for 48% fhr, which required 6 fhr sc's, but it's still a sacrifice. My build is also a bit of a hybrid between str and vit, as I only sink around 40 points into str, and gain another 90-110 from gear.

So you may end up having the same issues I am.

Very true, but with 3 IKs I get 25 fhr sans charms. Hitting 48 isn't nearly as difficult with IKs.

As for res...I'm really not sure; I'll look into it.

Also, with 754 life from gear, I wont be at that much of a disadvantage vs vit builds. CB will kill them anyway.

Looks good to me, altho looke exceptionally weak vs casters as most lld smiters are. Only thing I would be slightly worried about is that your not leaving much option for gear flexibility. Perhaps a 4 ptopazed paldin shield vs foher's. I think its the Cold sorc's that will be troublesome, get as many life/cold res sc's as possible.

My lvl 29 smiter uses a 90res res 20 life crown vs high lvl cold sorc's. But as your using your helm as a source of speed this wouldnt be optimal.

Heck if you wanted to lame it up abit, a cold steel cutlass could do the trick. But yes this is already overkill for most melee before lvl 49 imo. I think Titan smiters have great potential, just have to iron out some flaws in the build.

even though im 31, bm isnt really what im going for. im norm rushing to slightly balance out the level, even though i know there will still be complaints.

When I plan out characters, I plan out gear that I'll be able to get... instead of perfect gear because you'll be disappointed with the char.

Also your smiter sucks because he's not fallen.
