insight runestaff does some pretty nice damage and has low reqs, especially if it rolls with max ed and +6 critical strike.

toss on a peace and you get another +4 crit (i think, doesnt it work like that? 2 ama/2 crit?)

helps with your mana problems and hell you can stick to 27 if you wanna play arena cause its lvl 25 req for insight (unless the runestaff has some crazy bs base mod like fire mastery)

peace and insight would be redundant...i would not use both together.

If using an insight (highly recommended), just use a maxered 3Os life armor.

nah the point of this is really to avoid a lot of jewels, which is why i chose peace/upped bonesnap. and since im a perfectionist i wouldnt settle for 15 maxers at that level...maybe at 18, but not 27-30. im pretty poor, so i couldnt afford a buncha 21-24 maxers.

Turn this character into a Replenish Charger to get enough mana and use only 2 Maximum Damage jewels? I still gotta figure out how to make one with high replenish and decent damage... Crying or Very sad

you could go the regen route...and not use a single max dmg jewel.

i have a 30 regen charger,
5.5k dmg, 900 life, well over 1k life/minute
other than the charms, the gear is pretty straightforward to obtain. Spirit shroud, pcrown, crafted blood boots, insight (id go for partizan), and so forth

yeah, partizan has most average dmg...would having meditation on your weapon give you prayer bonus when prayer/cleanse/medi isnt active as your skill?

yes

but goin' regen route means u'll lose to pure chargers and will have less 1 hit ko's
but still they are cheaper and as %90 effective as pure chargers imo regen charger should use rune staff insight for more life = more regen

This is what I think your setup should look like if you're going for the replenish build:

Helmet: Peasant Crown (+1 Skills and Replenish Life +6~12)
Armor: Spirit Shroud (+1 Skills and Replenish Life +10)
Weapon: Insight Rune Staff (Level 12~17 Meditation, +5 Attributes, 180%~250% Attack Rating, and +1~6 Critical Strike)
Belt: String of Ears
Gloves: Bloodfist
Amulet: Angelic Wings, +1 Paladin Skills Amulet, or a +2 Defensive Aura Amulet
Ring #1: Angelic Halo (If you're going for Angelic Wings)
Ring #2: Stone of Jordan or Angelic Halo
Boots: Sander's Riprap or Crafted Blood Boots (Replenish Life +5~10)

I find that going the regen route lets you get away with lower life, and hence merits the use of a partizan. However, if you cant get over 800 while using partizan, runestaff is probably the way to go.

Id use SoE over a OW belt, mostly because chargers arent the type to whittle away ppls hp.... Youll only need to connect a few times to kill most chars, and so 5-10% chance of OW is virutally useless.

You should hit 6k ar (a sufficient amount) with a nice enough charm set. Thus, id go with duel SoJs for more passive regen, mana, and higher crit.

A +1 pally with high life rep and other useful mods is ideal (life, res, mana, stats). I use a +1/9rep/23life/9dex/12all res.

Yeah about that...I can't afford good charms. 15 lifers and Angelics for me.

one more thing...

you'll want a 1hander/shield switch....most likely honour/whistans. Divine/Naga/Knout/Dimensional are the only real options here...with divine or naga being preferable. All these weps have pretty high reqs themselves, and so you wouldnt have to spend much more to equip a partizan.

IMO, divine honour with +med staffmod is best, as it saves you having to spend the points to get med.

reqs for a partizan:
113 str

as its been said you should def go with Insight Partizan. For armor, 3x 15 maxers wont cost you much at all to get :/ and you can shop 3os +life armors from most vendors in hell (maybe in nm as well).

On switch/in stash you might want to consider a 45 res 4os shield with either spirit or 4x p diamonds (for casters) and a decent 1 handed wep like an honor Naga (i believe you will have enough str from the IK pieces) if you dont have enough str, a D-Blade works just fine 2. This shield will save you a lot more time and effort then getting a lot bunch of + res life scs.

I would def go with the angelic set. The DTM will help you if you take some small hits, the life rep will help you stack some, the 40 life will help a bit, and the ar is amazing.

I dislike my lvl 30 charger b/c i went the all dmg route and then never got many charms. He only has like 500 life b/c he went honor naga / max block. He still does ~4.5k 1 hand, but chars with max block, his garbage resistances, and his low life make him almost useless.
