That's why you need to incorporate bone spear into your build so you don't have to rely on a slow, semi-tracking skill to win your duels. I'd rather rely on my own aim than a slowly floating spirit that hardly ever goes where it needs to go.
And a good teleporting character will own most non-teleporting necros most of the time.

Which is why Enigma ruined the game for me. It used to be only Sorceresses (occasionally another character here and there) that could use Teleport; their downside was lack of FHR. I've been in many duels in which, once a Sorceress gets hit by a spirit, their FHR is in such terrible shape in which the other spirits have time to catch up.
As for spear, I think I should try that out and practice with it...

I have seen many lvl 35-36 necros in dueling games and have yet to loose to one. A cold sorc can own anything if you have enough skill with blizz/teleport to attack and dodge successfully. I have dueled maslain and reetmo and some other good necros and have not lost yet. If your looking for a char just to kill necros i was have to say blizz/ice blast sorc. Fire balls would be good but are really useless if the necro has alot of frw charms or stealth or something. Although I have not really tried other chars. Maybe a light sorc could be good? Might have to try that one day.

I actually witnessed his dodging/attacking skills on his sorc, I was impressed  I want a cold sorc 
Also, you might wanna reconsider the light sorc I had one with very decent gear, and she sucked..
Maybe/Probably it was just me.

was it 1.10?  i had a lld nova sorc in 09 thats wasnt really good but fun to kill people with. I still have her gear things such as 2 to light skills 20 fcr ... some other stuff ... circlet with teleport charges but i dont have a good wand so im going to scratch that idea... i dont feel like paying another 4 290s for a good wand Thanks for the info though.
