Hey guys what recipe for rerolling jewels and get 20-24 maxers?
And what lvl is best?

3 pgems + jewel in the cube is the way to roll 'em, but your chance of getting one is very low
as for the ilvl of the jewel, i have no idea

You'd want an ilvl of 35. Rerolling with perfect gems preserves the ilvl.

Character level doesn't matter, ilvl does. You'll want the jewel to drop from a monster with a mlvl of 35, at the earliest.
