try putting a thick peice of carpet under the feet of your dresser. just little squares the size of the feet should work.
if it continues to vibrate, it could be some actual peice of your dresser that is loose, and may need some tightening.
i take it your sub is in a box? are we talking about a car audio sub, or a computer stereo sub?

just the side pannel is vibrating so i don't think the carpet idea will work. as for tightening, i don't know how you would tighten a panel.
it's a computer subwoofer so it's not in a box. i think i know what you're talking about when you say "box". my friend got a stereo for his car last year and was saying how he made a box for his subs. the problem is, not many of my friends have cars therefore not many people have car stereos, so there is not much talk about them.

my suspicion is that the bass is vibrating through the floor, and up through the feet of the dresser, making the panel vibrate. just try the carpet pieces and see how it works. putting anything under the sub itself wont really fix the problem, since the bass is at its strongest at that point, and will still pass through anything you put there (aside from 2 feet thick of rubber or something to that effect). the bass vibrations will be considerably weaker by the time it reaches the feet of the dresser, so the carpet may just disrupt it enough to not effect the panel enough to make it vibrate.
its worth a shot, specially if it fixes the problem.
however, if that doesnt work, it could be (but i doubt it) the actual air vibrations. just try facing the away from the dresser, towards the opposite side of the room.
