Well i have decided to make a lvl 18 kicksin after taking a long d2 break and i would appreciate some opinions here:

I am going to hell rush this sin and i will have 29 skills to choose from
18 go into dragon talon
1 into claw mastery
1 into tiger strike
1 into burst of speed
these are skills i know for sure to put into: but this leaves me with 8 skills left
what should i put them in?
1. all into tiger strike?
2. 1 into psychic hammer and then rest into cloak of shadows
3. 1 fire blast, 1 wake of fire, rest in cloak
4. 1 fire blast, 1 wake of fire, rest in tiger strike
5. maybe 1 into fade, rest in one of those options
6. get a shadow warrior+wake of fire
7. get a shadow warrior + cloak/tiger
8. other options?

personally. . . I never liked TStrike with a kicker. It may work out if you are using angelics, but I think constantly kicking will do more damage then attempting to fully charge then kick. If you have the stats add to TStrike, or claw mastery, which ever gives you more AR in the end. The cloak of shadows thing is a lol. Chances are you'll be dueling other lvl 18 melee's which arent fabulously known for their high defense. Its a novel idea, but eh. Also depending on your weapon/glove choice if you don't need the BoS I'd go with fade. . . I unno if that helps but yeah.

imo, ts is a nice idea for a kicker and becous he is a kicker he will use angelics for life/ar and 18lvl melees do have defense(well maybe not all the cookiecutter builds) but 15/18lvl def smiters/zealers and 18lvl conc barbs do have defense.

and maybe u could try getting buff wepons for fade to get some dmg reduce%

my kicker stomped on my friend's def concer. she had like 4.7k ar, and a cold dmg sc to mess with him while wearing sig belt Very Happy

if only kicker had synergies....
id go TS or some BOS if youd like to move quicker, everything else is just another way to waste mana imo and wont help as much

youll need TS on people with DR (not that its common), its not everyones style to charge TS, nor is it the most successfull, but you dont rely on TS with kickers, you just harness oppurtunity when you see it

yeah I was kinda basing off my 30 kicker. . .

forgot that at 18 you use angelisc i guess it would work with TS, but I think in pvp, charging then unlashing takes too long. as compared to constant kicks, espeically considering they can block your unleash. I mean if there really is nothing els to dump into go for the TS.

most lvl 18's ARE cookie cutters and def are low. . and vs a 15 or 18 smiter, the KB will get you anyway. . smite> kicker with or w/o defense

but thats just my opinion.

Im pretty sure i can easy be proved wrong~?
