Level 30 8 min/8 max damage jewel.
Dont know value but offer in fg.

well 8+8=16 and <20+max jool for lvl 30 soo its not worth very much at all

maybe 5fg?

Well 8min is only better for a pure min dmg build which becomes impossibly harder to make at higher levels. So, you could consider that jewel a 16 maxer lvl 30.

the 8 min will add to min dmg side..but the 8max will not add to max dmg side..min canceled the max..if it were 8min/10max..then the max side would get 2 dmg..
