imo those wardarts seem to have right mods but still their wardarts.. not harpoons or sumten that lvl 29/30 dt barbs use.. and those lvl 18 warjavs would need to b eth / self rep to b any use..

i think the war javs would be a great switch for a lvl 18 conc barb paired with a sigon shield. good for precasting shout and for throwing if he needs to.

got another few circs im not too sure about

one is an artisians circlet of dexterity (or something)

lvl 35 req

i thought lvl 39 zons might use this seeing some hlds use 3os/30dex circs

also, i have a 2x deadly circlets at lv16 with 29% ed (some fluke...not a duper lol). i saw a few people ask for circlets with ed so i held onto these for now. any use from them if it gets 2os?

My friend recently got a 3-9 dmg/1-6 fire dmg/11 mana level 12 jewel. I know a 3-9 on lvl 9 is great but will it still get a soj or two for level 12?

actually its good for a level 15 melee

ive seen zealers and barbs and some ts sins

be good for any of those

i gota level 11 4-9 jewel in a clegs sword that was used on a level 15 zealot
