There's a Firefox plugin that allows you to download streaming videos like Youtube IIRC.

copy the link to the video paste it in the boxs at the top of this page:

www.keepvid.com

After downloading the video, download the Flv Encoder from www.rivavx.com to convert it to another format or play it
