I have been playing on another realm portraying 1.09 as of late away from USEast and have a question.

In 1.09 were the %ed/max or %ed/min jewels bugged like they are currently. For some reason I have tested a few and they seem to work correctly. Does anyone remember 09 and weather the bug was present in that patch?

there was no bug like that in 09.

yep thats right .10 ruined a good deal of my lvl 18 sins gear cuz of that =(
