Death radius (i.e Shenk, Blood Raven, etc.) kills effect only the bosses Minions.
Teleport minion stacking "feature" disabled. Minions appear in the same location relative to your character that they were before teleporting.
Leeching set back to pre-1.10 status for pvp.
Charged-skill synergy bonus disabled.
Hellforge drops nerfed in Hell mode.
Increased diffuculty of the Hellforge quest.
Chipped gem Sword recipie enabled again.
Tristram portal may be entered only once per character, per diffuculty level.
You may not enter a blue portal to an Area that your character has never been, in regards to the quest progression and storyline.
Act Bosses (and Minions) do not spawn in any game created with a character that has completed the End Act Quest(s).
Charged Strike now requires a "hit" to cast the Charged Bolts.
Cold damage (i.e being "frozen") effects cast rate.
Smite still requires no Attack Rating to hit, but now has a constant 80% chance to hit.
Open Wounds is based upon the mean of your Damage range. The damage is still applied over 8 seconds.
Open Wounds is effected by Damage Reduced number, and percentage.
The option to Trade (i.e. to prompt the "Accept Trade" Box over your character) can be enabled, or disabled.

that will make leveling up to 15 a bit harder as well as 20 to 24 (no more cows).

so for baal runs, just never kill baal if you want to level up.

I wanna have horses.
U can battle on horses and ride around on horse instead of walk.
You should be able to fish.
And eat fish for sumthin...
And there should be boats to, not big ones! just lil row boats so we can paddle around also.
And make the maps where u can like... Walk through water n stuff instead of walking around.
And have armor for horses, and have like pets!
Like a owl that can duel with u or sum shit to poke there eyes out.
And u can catch or buy your animals.

maybe like for the new 2x chars an angel (specializing in healing skillz/light spells/auras different from devils and pally's) and devils (specializing in curses different from the necro/fire spells/auras different from angel and pally) and i dont mean angels like tyreal and deviles like diablo....kinda like halflings...or sumthing wierd like that.....also i beleive the syns should have been changed for the ladder only chars....and magic dmg can be absorb'd (i love asborbing...O_o) which means more magic res/sorb gear.....also chars should have a magic res on stat screen..like cold/fire/light/psn....i also agree /w pretty much all of jerkazoids idea cept for the socketd gloves/belts/boots....i think that would be kinda stupid....but i beleive there should be ring/ammy specific jewels/gems to put in them

Let's see.....
1) Fix throwing (bah @ blizz, it's hard enough hitting people already, plus throwers received no real benefits from 1.10 items/synergies. Throwers didn't need to be busted. )
2) Fix ed+min/ed+max jewel bug
3) Fix leech in PvP. Maybe not to the same level it was in pre-1.10, but enough for consideration in melee/ranged builds, and it would definetly help melees and ranged keep casters better checked in high levels.
4) Fix charge de-synch. It's stupid the amount of speed increase this skill got, especially with vigor. You can't tell where a pala really is if he's charging all over the place.
5) Tone down some of the really overpowered skills and beef up ones that got no bonuses at all/insufficient bonuses in 1.10.
These would all be nice, but blizz will release the next patch with a complete engine overhaul, graphic overhaul, new items, new sounds, new classes, and call it something like "World of Warcraft".

skimmed through the posts and didn't see it mentioned.
i would love to be able to select what batch of games you would like to see to join, sorted by difficulty. it's annoying to find low level dueling games for a hell rushed level 9.
it would be cool to have the hel + tp scroll unsocket the item without destroying the gems/runes/jewels. however, if you unsocketed a runeword, the runes would be destroyed. there are a lot of good vlld jewels wasted in non-vlld items, it just makes me sad.
another option is if you were to unsocket a runeword, the runes would "break" so that you would have fragments of the runes. if you get 3 fragments of a jah rune (say from unsocketing 3x enigmas), you can cube those three pieces into one jah rune. the broken pieces would serve no use other than to be cubed into a complete rune.

characters may only enter games matching thier current diffuculty level.
oh and also, in addition to item "upgrades", "downgrade" recipies should be created and enabled for rare items (no splint mail arkaines valor O_O )

I think D1 operated like that, where you had to be something like level 20+ to enter nm and 30+ to enter hell.
Might make it rather tough to give hell rushes to level 9s, though.
