Always use gear:
Peace mage plate
godleh +4 -30 req cermonial javs
1 zon circ
imp brow
sander
2 soj
option #1:
go sigs gloves belt and shield for +1 skill and it covers my 30 ias
option #2:
go deaths gloves belt for my 30 ias and use rhyme grim shield for way more defense and 25 res but i lose a skill, also this looks better
SKILLS
Always skills:
1 in dodging skills
max cs for lvl
all synergies

put rest into lightning bolt
Option #2:
put rest into power strike

Sticky covers this...but lite bolt for sure since its ranged. And wtf is imp brow? a dupe ammy? don't add to all dodging skills IMO unless your hell rushed then go for it since ull have some to spare.
Rhyme since u have godly javs. With my javs I need sigs cuz they are weak 2/20's. -req = you obviously dont wanna spend stats or ud wait for ias javs. If you spend stats go for sigs for sure!

yea i know a lot better way to do this would be 2/10 gloves 2-3/20 ias javs then go 15/15 SoE and rhyme

the bp is 32% iirc, so thats 30 of javas and 10 of gloves.
i would use soe + rhyme + 2/10 gloves + 2-4/30 ias maidens

ok, really quick, yes put ONE point into dodgeing skills, you will need them trust me. also, i don't think u can get a 2 java circlet.... from my memory it's impossible. along with that 2 java ammy's are a negative too.

lol my guide says 1 into dodging skills, i already said that and no1 said to use +2 java circ or ammy lol, so why did u say this?

You can't get 2 java glvs...best at that lvl are 2 passive. 2 javelin don't spawn until lvl 37 I believe.
Circlet best is 1 all skills or 2 passive. 1 all skill > 2 passive. You will never see javelin or bow skills on an ammy so I don't know where that came from.
Pcrown is pretty much the best helm ever! Unless u find a helm with 2sockets/20frw/17+stats/life then pcrown is better 
1 all skill/stat ammy is the best bet. I have a REALLY nice one with 17 stats on it.

2 java gloves do spawn, i have a couple of pairs of them.
mods to look for on ammy/circ are big life, mana stats and res, like wfg said

i have 2 pairs of 2 java gloves, ones 2 java 10 ias w/res at lvl 30 and the other is 2java 20 ias w/res at lvl 35. u can also get 3 java gloves, i found them a long time ago, i think back in 1.09 but still, they're out there

3 java is 45 req for sure...unless 09 was lower.
U sure about java glvs at lvl 30???  Now u gonna make me visit affix calc to see...gah!

2 java = 30, like all other +2 Skill Tree prefixes. I've had two CS zons and one Plaguezon, believe me, you can get 2 java gloves at level 30.
