I currently have 2 Iron Maiden CDs, Powerslave and Brave New World.

I'd like some advice on which CDs to get next though.

Are their first two albums, Iron Maiden and Killers comparable to Power and BNW? I've read that they are more punkish than metal, and they have a different singer, so I'm not sure if I would like it or not.

I would like to get Piece of Mind, 7th son of a 7th son, Dance of Death, and maybe Somewhere in Time.

Does anyone have any of these CDs and could offer me some advice as to which ones I should get first?

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000BYM3K/qid=1091254993/sr=1-5/ref=sr_1_5/102-2197080-4780910?v=glance&s=music

Killers was a great album...hehe, But subseqent releases were good. Iron Maiden came out following JudasPriest but preceeding Metallica. I wouldn't consider them Metal but they did play hard. I loved the drums solos. Number of the beast was another interesting release. Very Happy

Hi Banner. Very Happy

On my "To Get" list:

Iron Maiden: Piece of Mind, 7th son of a 7th son, dance of death, maybe killers, maybe somewhere in time.

Dream Theater: Train of Thought

Blind Guardian: 3 of their CDs maybe, I forget the names.

I have the first 4 LPs, yes records. Piece of mind sounds familiar but I don't remember the tracks on it, i just loved the music and bought it as they released them. Also the album art was considered very out there, it stood out from the crowd.

Anyways maybe if i have a chance I'll Dig up those old albums and post the cover art.

Also check out this site www.allofmp3.com, select the english version. They stream parts of tracks off their site, Iron Maiden included. Shocked
