This is my US EAST LADDER lvl 30 ww barb.

EDIT #1: Added ww helm, and honor zweihander/bloodletter setup. Currently working on +max/+resist all 3os life plate. I'm also debating a 100+ar/70+mana/stat ring instead of the soj/2nd angelic ring. We'll see how that turns out.

The stats on mine aren't as good as they could be if I devoted all of the skills/gear to one type of build, BvB, BvC, or Conc ... but I think it's a pretty well rounded build, it does well in any situation usually. All builds are range 3, stacked resists a lot, and I'm still working on getting some higher ar 3/15+/15's to push my ar over 6.5k, but for now it's something like 6k or 6.1 or something. I have none into conc at all, that's why my conc ar/def is so low as compared to other concers. Plague builds get more life and dmg but slower frame ias on conc, and only range 1 which is bad for vs caster. But a plague build is better for BvB I think.

Good stuff too Bel. However, being on nL, I'll assume you have access to some choice sword/jewelry setups that I don't on Ladder? Wink

Based on a couple of months (3?) work on Ladder, how do you think he rates so far? KC can chime in here, but I don't think I've had much difficulty with any melee so far. Casters range from super easy to impossible depending on the skill level of the player. I mostly have trouble with hammerdins. Of course, range 1 doesn't help that at all Sad

Bloodletters are just soooo damned sexy. I just wish they were range 3. Crying or Very sad

What about IK boots instead of Sanders?

Sanders Riprap:
+40% Faster Run/Walk
+100 To Attack Rating
+10 To Dexterity
+5 To Strength

VS

Immortal King boots:
+75 Defense
40% Faster Run/Walk
+110 To Attack Rating
+44 To Life

15 stats = 60 life, so you loose about 16 life.

BUT:
IK boots have more defense
have 10 more AR ^^
AND:
You gain 75 AR from 3 items
IK Belt gain 25% fhr from 3 items
IK Gloves gain 120 defense from 3 items
Ik Boots gain +2 to combat skills from 3 items

I have made 3 type of lvl30 WWer.

BvC: The key is long life bar and FRW. Base str with Bletter so lower damage comparing to other type. The stats is about 3klife/1200damage/max increased speed/150frw from gears. You can try 30ed/30frw/2s circlet for this build.

BvA: similar to Bel's build, but mine use homemade ed/max/ias naga and honor naga. It has the str to use Ornate armor for defense. Stats are about 2-2.4k life/1400damage/max increased speeed/0-80 frw from gears.

BvB: Similar to BvA build, but max shout instead of Increase speed.

I think, your gears are very good for a Ladder char. But probably because of that, you have no much difficulty to duel other ladder LLders. But, as a build, it has some shortages. First, as a bletter user, it's more of a BvC build, but then you run too slowly for that, and life is a little low since you put a lot ponts into str.

So, if your barb come to nonladder, it can't beat a good BvB build nor a good caster/bowzon. Vs a BvA barb, if you got a +ww helm (so you can use 4ETH/40ias sword) and a high def ornate, you will have chance, but, given the same build except weapon choice ( I use naga, naga has a little higher damage), the naga build will have a little advantage.

i like it, and i just got my druid mostly finished. ill have to duel you here soon, i just need 2 more shael runes, another sig shield, and a spirit sword for prebuffing. once i get that stuff, it is on like Donkey Kong

Current project: +45ish dmg/+45%ish resist all 3os/life armor for vs casters. Also looking for a 100+ar/80+mana/str/dex ring.

just trade.. some days you'llget lucky and some days youwont. i went like 3 weeks without getting 1 then one day i got 13x 3/ar/15 in 5 hours
