hey guys, here is a chart from one of the links on this site, it shows the breaking points for fhr as shown :

so it shows that for a 5 frame u require 48% fhr and for a 4 frame u require 86% fhr...so now i go and download a fhr calculator from diabloii.net and punch in 48% fhr for my assasin and it tells me this : your assasin has a 5 percent recovery frame, she requires 15 percent more fhr to hit the next frame.

so this means both contradict each other, one sais u need 38 more fhr to reach 4 frames 86-48=38 and the other sais 15% more fhr will get you to 4 frames...which is correct ???
