if you were to pick one, which one would be the best?
pally
assasin
barb
sorc

i used to have a lvl 33fire ball sorc, owned a lot of people even hell char's.... was funny, but not considered lld because over lvl 30, so .... what would u think is the best cheap char. that is anoying and good? sorc or assasin?

if you are asking for "best" non type is cheap but beside that
hammer pallies (I agree with u guys and I respect them.. especially ehhh's)
best melee chars are:
#1 Fury druids
#2 Zealots
#3 Conc barbs

hammerdins are awsome if played right ull see people running around with a lvl 30 hammerdin that think they are good with a lvl 30 hamemrdin just becuase of there gear well got to be good at playing them also i have a lvl 30 hammerdin on east ladder not to much power but ive been told i play him very good (dod_hamham is his name) if anyone ever wants to duel him for gigles just /w *nenludar or /w *onuth but yea lvl 30 hammerdin all the way : )

Skill plays a large part in determining the "best" build. If we're talking top-end players, a level 30 desynching hammerdin is completely for the win.

As far as melee, defensive concers and defensive zealots will beat out most any damage-based build, but yet a 29-30 smiter cleans them up rather well.

Fury druids can beat smiters with a range 5 weapon. Also, kicksins with a range 5 weapon can take on smiters who don't use slow/HF, especially if they use Sol'd gear.

Not much can take on a skilled level 30 bone necro, though. With around 110+ FRW, he's extremely mobile with bone walls, prisons, spears, and spirits at his disposal, he has probably the most versatile arsenal of attacks both readily at hand and very effective. Other than a tele-blizz sorc, your best bet at killing a necro would be a multi-shot/GA zon to break down the bone walls with GA follow ups. Even so, if the necro has about 50% block, recasts his bone armor, and slaps on rep life, the necro has the edge in this fight.

If it were up to me, I'd say a tele FB sorc is the best level 30 dueler though.

Oops, I overlooked the fine print, though. For the best cheap character, I would have to agree that it's a hammerdin or trapper.

ha, i have a lvl 15 assasin, she uses physic hammer, sigs shield, angelic rings/ammy/armor, tarn helm, +1martial asn ammy, asn weapon with +1 to martial. so she has +4 to the physic hammer, and she does like 60damage or something, not very high but if i carry mana pots, i would say she is pretty dam cheap, lol my idea is to just join games and piss people off sorta with some newb attact but have some stradigy behind it, lol..

and i was woundering if i leveled it up to lvl 24 to have mind blast, or 29use sojs + mind blast/physic hammer.

anyone think that would be a good idea? or will it not do enough damage?
