im new to lld, and i decided that i wanted to make a zeal paladin..
lvl 18.

using twitch, deaths belt, bloodfist, rare res boots
angelic ammy ring combo, or noz/eye rare ring combo

What helm should i use ?

also:- i will have 30%ias.
would it be best to use a War axe (base speed 0)
or a military pick (base speed -10)

i hit 6fpa with either setup.

should i try to get 45ias to get a military pick to 5 frame attack
i would need an addition 15%ias..
i am too low of a lvl to use ias jewel/shaels is there any other item avaliable at lvl 18 that gives IAS besides twitch/gloves ?

What are good values of the following to aim for a lvl 18 zealot
DMG/AR
Defence
life/mana

any help would be appriciated

ok this is my opinion but im the dumbass on the forums so.

ok for a zealer i would much rather use deaths gloves and sash over blood fists yes bfists gives life and fhr but.. u can get that with charms wheras ias only comes on gear.

i would also us angelic rings on both slots and angelic ammy which is
115 to life plus great ar.

since your new ar is very important especially since your only going to lvl 18.

for a shield id use a ed ar 4 sock max shield for pumpin dmg.
wepon. hmmm i dunno lvl req on honor but thats popular. if its lvl high which i think it is i personaly would use cleglaws for deadly strike ive seen some lld zealers use deaths sword tho.

if your boots dont give some badass mods id use some cowkings for the 20dex which equals 100 ar i think.

and as the helm i would defenitly go for 45 max dmg helm.
then try and max your twitch if u can. once more ppl reply they will give u more advice and welcome to lld101, dont forget to get someone to register u to the bots in channel op clan-honor.

witha pick you can hit 5 frames with war axe you only get 6 frames =(

yeah i decided a pick
using deaths gloves+belt = 30%ias
and twitch = 20%ias
total 50%ias for 5 frame attack

i can allways use bloodfist if i need more FHR and still have a 6 frame attack with the pick - same as i would wit the war axe

Helm: 3-Socket Mask (+15 Maxs)
Amulet: Angelic Wings
Weapon: 6-Socket Military Pick (+15 Maxs)
Armor: Twitchroe
Shield: 4-Socket Heraldic (+15 Maxs)
Gloves: Death's Hand
Rings: Angelic Halo
Belt: Death's Guard
Boots: Cow King's Hooves

found a 62%ed/105ar Aerin Shield today in NM cows.
only 30 def though
all i need now is Helm, weopon, and jewels Smile

probably use ITH runes in a weopon until i get another 6 - 15 maxes
also i didn't know about CK boots - i added about 12 too much dex...
might remake if i find this build to be fun

What Value do 45max helms and 6*15 military picks go for ?
and does anyone have either for trade?

That aerin shield you found is great. Definitely use it. And follow what mystic suggested for gear.

15 maxes depend on what realm you play on and whether NL or L.

Also, my lvl 18 zealot does something like 12xx max dmg, ~2300 ar, 719 life, lowish defense, mana doesn't matter...you won't run out.

Yeah...I use something like...

6/ar/1x life GC
7 x 6/ar/str/dex GCs

And the rest 15 life SCs, most with dual mods.

you should check your block (after you put cow kings on) first before you remake, if you still dont have 75% chance to block, then you havent put too much dex in.

yeah with decent charms and and jewels its not hard to hit 1.2k, mine right now hits for 1.4k zeal =)

My lvl 18 zealot's stats, of course, norm rush only, no baal at all:

80-1225 zeal
94-1707 sacrifice
720 Life
2318 AR
