Well, I have found out while dueling any good lvl 15 or any char for that matter, 90% of the time you need more mana.

So unless you want to use mana pots or wait for the guy to hit you so your DTM ...

The jav is weak, but i was thinking a charger with that on switch....if amp casts, charge is gonna be hard hitting O_o

well, depends on your weapon, with an honor exc, i use upped twitch because he is pretty slow, but knout/naga is fast enough to go with a max/life armor or a high def armor.
