well 50 ias is a breakpoint, so i would go with plain white +3 jav maidens, and then use death's gloves/belt combo and twitch for 50 ias. or if you just want the 26 ias bp, then yes im fairly sure 1 ...

they're possible, but not the best possible. +4 jav, 30 ias are the best possible lvl 30 javs
