im pretty sure cyclone armor also absorbs damage based on having 0 resists. so a typical fireball will do ~500 damage to your cyclone, meaning your cyclone armor will absorb maybe 1/4 of one fireball...

i never put a point into it on my fissure druid. if i could find a pelt with +cyclone i'd probably use it, but i wouldnt waste points
