Isn't dexterity better than maximum damage jewels (Not sure if you are using maximum damage jewels). I'd want to duel that character. You USEast Non-Ladder?

Do you think that this character will be good against low level duelers with maxed poison resists? Why not Angelic Wings and Angelic Halo? I think you should use the rune word "Peace" instead of what ...
