Actually any hell bovine can drop a piece of the cow king set. I killed a regular bovine last night while power leveling a barb up and set heavy boots dropped. Sure enough, CK boots.

If you mean something such as a claw with +2 traps and +2 Lightning Sentry, then yes that is spawnable. +2 trap circlets are also spawnable.

The frame breaks for CS are the exact same as normal attack. Just make sure you select the type of javelin you plan to use and you should be all set.

If you're using a ceremonial pike with about 130% ias and are partied with a fanta pally, impale might work vs someone who is afk for about 10 minutes or so.
