So something I hadn't considered: is there actually a decent field of competition at level 15? It seems like lvl 15 duellers are few and far between, at best.

It won't lose you any damage, it just won't matter.

For a min damage build, the max would be irrelevant, so it'd be 7 min/20 AR. I'd imagine this jewel would get lots of attention.
