I RAGE BECAUSE SOME not good NEWBIE RAGE TOO

I dont remember exact ias of sorc zeal but max was around 100-110 and its still too slow imo. 30lvl melee sorc is gonna suck, but if u wanna beat some pubbies with it ull need one point to light maste...

If we get enough ppl in we can take melee duels seperatly from caster, ofc no one is stopping you to duel with casters for fun with melee.

I had this funny idea of low budged sigon pvp league.

All chars must use full sigons.

All characters must be 29lvl, some builds may be 30lvl, but only the ...

I dont really remember what lvl it gets exactly but i think it was 31-34, upper rakescar is ok wep for 35lvl ww barb.

So if i have ow from melee wep malice on bowazon from second slot, does it have ranged penalty or same ow as melee?
