I doubt that its a typo. Throw mastery gives some ed, ar, and crit%.

1 Double Throw- Only AR per lvl.

How many points did you put in crit? What about avoid and slow missiles?

I could use charms if I needed to. Cookie-cutter is a popular build that a lot of people use. A lvl 18 zeal paladin is a cookie cutter.
