Nah its unblockable and ignores defence ,Ive tested it on a 75 block 20k Defence Paladin and not one bolt missed.

From what I remember someone telling me its even worse than just min or max completely negating the ED%.

Just go into another realm to the one you normally use and the beta one will appear in the list when you come back out.Some changes might be interesting to LLD(Ive seen a few).
