When using the assassin skill fade the 1% damage reduce per lvl.
Is that 1% per skillpoint used lvl, or just lvl of fade is x% dmg reduce.
And is there a cap on the Dmg reduce, just with fade lol. I...

lvl 9 smiter, off the top of my head.
but actually the ring would be quite useful to any lvl 9 class not requiring attack rating or fcr for there attacks. but really only at lvl 9 : /

Ive made this build before, but on a lvl 12 version. It was awesome I could tank everyone and ust blast away never normally took more then 10blasts to kill. at lvl 18 I would see this build losing som...
