Mana can never hurt.
I really don't know how it would rate from 1 to 10, but it has the most important mods, FHR/Deflecting/2os, and Spiked Shields are THE choice for lvl9 smiters, so it's definetl... |

Boneshield would be better for most chars, but not a smiter.

| No you didn't miss anything, your char looks fine imo (mind you i have never made a lvl18 zealot), but yeah, really rich people can afford better jewels, charms and other stuff that tips the balance, ... | ||

No.
Ofcourse you can decide yourself what lvl you call vlld, but it's not considered vlld by the majority, nor is it vlld considered by the competition rules here. I would just make it lvl9, sur... |

| Basicly these kind of jewels are hard to get, so it's simply best to place it where it gets the best results, sure if you got enough then you can put them in a weapon, but untill then a helm or shield... | ||
