smite won't do enough damage at lvl 9 after pvp penalty no matter how good your gear or perfect your build. Without holyshield smiter is useless.

I would use a naga or a crowbill instead of dimensional blade.....the increased range and damage will help you more then the dim blades lower req

In the post necro variants......further down the page it states that pumping teeth and bone spear would give you more dmg then pumping bonewall and bone prison. I don't understand how this is the case...
