I've been considering playing again. Most of my stuff is expired on West NL. I have a 30 bowa and 3 random unfinished high levels.

For some reason I get the feeling you're thinking of LVL 9 dueling.... It doesn't take 20 hits to kill a zealer as an amazon.

Remember your main opponent(zealot) has a very low amount of armor, so you don't really need the huge ar from angelics. I'd only use rares if I had really reall...

It can compete but the gear level required for a decent jabber compared to a decent zealer is ridiculously in favor of the zealer.

At level 18 you can get a circlet with 30% edmg as a mod on it. So effectively a 70% ed helm if it has 2 sockets. If you're extremely lucky you can find a rare circlet with some other nice mods to go ...
