When you get it installed, make sure you always run it as admin, and change your uac settings. Also, you may have to run it with XP compatability

I'd assume that you won't need the cds if the download includes all of the .mpq files that you normally get when you install using the cds.

Do I need cds to play if I downloaded from Blizzard Store?
Having problems installing to my Vista laptop. I'm getting the error " NO START MENU FOUND" crap. So I decided to download Diablo 2 and Expansion straight from Blizz's store. Hopefully it will run.
My question is, would I still need the disc to actually play? Any info. is much appreciated, thanks!
