The top-left pixel in MS Paint is point "0, 0." When you checked it, you hovered your cursor over the bottom-right point. (which was 144, 131) You need to add one since it starts at 0. ;0
(same with programming)

I never trust a file's dimensions unless I crop them myself in Photoshop. The ghetto editing software that comes with most PCs is "inaccurate" to say the least. When in doubt, cut a pixel less than the max.

I pmed Andrew all my avatar options before editing and he confirmed.. I'll edit it again np..
