Its more likely to be something to do with your browser settings i think. If youre using firefox try messing around with max-connections or maxrequests in about:config or try here.

urge to spam the intratubes rising.... rising............. rising.......
So I guess no problem then right? Don't want like weird stuff like the boards going down or stuff due to me opening up lots of tabs, that's all.

just followed shieron's directions to clear private data. seems to have worked....no 403s after loading up 20ish tabs....
strange, why would my overflowing cache affect access to web page? and why would pages load after those four 403s?

Try clearing temp files, cookies, saved passwords, etc.

I just opened 30 tabs of 101 without any problems.
If you do it again does it do the same thing?

Hi,
I happened to load up like 10-20 forum threads so I could just read through them and reply if I wanted etc... after reading through about 10 or so threads I encountered approximately 3 tabs saying 403 forbidden. I was like errrrr .....
So I tried to refresh the page, same error. Then I thought about it and since it said access forbidden I loaded up lld101.com again (main page) and I saw I was logged out (which shouldn't have affected me reading the post anyhow). I then attempted to access the log in page, got the same 403 forbidden error. I tried this on other tabs/windows as well, all failure.
After waiting about a minute? half a minute? I tried again and everything worked again.
So....my question is:
Does lld101 have a limit on concurrent connections? (Perhaps my terminology is incorrect, in layman's terms is there a cap on how many times I can access the site within a certain time span without labeled as too resource intensive on the boards and having my connection severed?)
Sorry for the long post, but it was just such a weird error. Usually encounter 403's on password protected/administrative sectors....
