East is a little weird right now.
Vic is pretty much the only active person on east who has the power to add people.
But, he doesn't have enough power to give other people the power to add.
I'll email zharous about it...I keep forgetting to do that.

ill wait for sean to answer that one.
as for arcane. just because you posted in the forum a week ago, doesnt mean you were added. if you have been told you were added, then you are. if you joined the channel with a different account than the ones added, youll get banned, and then your other accounts will be banned as well, since it ip bans. look at the "Are you banned" sticky in the register forum if you have already been added.
edit: i just looked. you posted for registration on saturday. today is tuesday. how is that a week? and your thread hasnt been locked, so you havent been added yet. have some patience, jesus.

use the register forum to post your account name/realm you;re on, so you can be added. thats the only way you get unbanned, if you arent already registered.

if your reged and mods added u then it will be /channel op clan-honor and u can time games or glld or just right click bot and c his commansd.
