Also, I'm pretty sure if you delete the msg's in your outbox, the person you sent the msg won't get it.

And Visual's definition is correct. Your PMs are still in the outbox because whomever you sent them to has not read them yet. Once they are read, they will go to your sentbox.

outbox is when you have sent a msg to someone but they haven't read it yet.
the sent box is when they have read the msg you sent them

whats difference between outbox and sent box? cuz i sent like 5 pms but they all stuck in the outbox.... why!!?!
