Yes Go in your profile , there is a REPLY NOTIFICATION E-Mail or something like that , it send you and E-Mail when someone replied to one of your thread 
Look also when you make a new post , below Attach Signature , there is Notify Me When A Reply Is posted , just put a mark on this one , and you'll track this post

hi all, i just joined recently. been playing diablo for years but this low level dueling really intrigues me. anyhow, my question is: is there a feature in these forums that helps me keep track of which posts i have replied to? or created?
